- Purpose of the processing - Legal basis of the processing
Personal data are processed in the context of the activity of our Foundation - established in application of the provisions of the "Statement in the introduction to the CCNL 30.06.2008" and of the National Agreement 15.9.2010 - for purposes of social utility with prevalent activity in the training sector of health and safety in the workplace, assisting the companies of Environmental Hygiene in the adoption of strategies aimed at spreading the culture of prevention. The legal basis of the processing is provided for by art. 6 paragraph 1 of the Reg. EU 2016/679, lett. a) and b). The personal data processed will be the information indicated in this form.
The Foundation informs you that, as further proof of the validity of the course and subject to your autonomous consent, we will be able to proceed with the video recording of the training session.
- Methods of data processing
The data will be processed using suitable tools to guarantee integrity and confidentiality and may be carried out not only with manual tools but also through automated tools (both computer and telematic) designed to store, manage and transmit the data. We also inform you that the personal data referable to you will be processed in the manner indicated by the legislation which provides, among other things, that the data itself is:
- processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner towards the interested party ("lawfulness, correctness and transparency");
- collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, indicated above and subsequently processed in a way that is not incompatible with these purposes ("purpose limitation");
- adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary with respect to the purposes for which they are processed ("data minimization");
- accurate and, if necessary, updated; all reasonable measures are taken to promptly delete or rectify inaccurate data with respect to the purposes for which they are processed ("accuracy");
- generally kept for the duration necessary for the completion of the training service and subsequently kept in accordance with the law. The Foundation may also process some data for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89, paragraph 1, subject to autonomous consent ("conservation limitation");
- processed in such a way as to guarantee adequate security of personal data, including protection, by means of adequate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage ("integrity and confidentiality").
- Categories of authorized subjects
We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed within the structure by operating personnel duly authorized to process the data, relating to the administrative and / or technical functions.
- Categories of recipients of personal data
The data may be disclosed to:
- Board members and auditors;
- Professional consultancy firms appointed as Data Processors;
- Teachers and trainers who have been explicitly entrusted with the respect of privacy and are considered independent data controllers;
- to Inail / ISS.
In any case, your data will not be disseminated.
5. Data transfer abroad
The Foundation does not carry out any data transfer to third countries.

The writing Foundation informs that there are specific rights of the interested party:
- Right of access to personal data (Article 15);
- Right of rectification (Article 16);
- Right to delete data (so-called Right to be forgotten), without unjustified delay if there are certain reasons provided for by law (Article 17);
- Right to limitation of treatment (Article 18);
- Right to data portability, i.e. the right to transmit data from a Data Controller to another Data Controller without impediments (Article 20);
- Right to object to processing (Article 21) also for profiling purposes;
- Right to obtain a decision-making process that is not completely automated (Article 22);
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- Consequences of a possible refusal to answer
Some data collected are optional, others mandatory. Any refusal to respond to the mandatory ones may make it impossible for us to offer you the requested service.
However, we remind you that consent can be revoked without compromising the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given.
